Positive Thoughts

I apologize for my last blog post. I was very negative.  I really do have a lot to be thankful for. Sure, I don't have a car right now, but things could be worse.

My boyfriend took me to a viewpoint at Mt. St. Helens a week ago and here are a couple pics. Life is short, enjoy it!

  1. We understand. You need to let off some steam. Now we must ask which part of the picuture is more breath-taking. I personally would say "Why descriminate?"

  3. we are all grounded in nature, for that is from whence we came. BTW, two years ago this month, spent two weeks in WA. MtSH and MtRanier were the highlights, a ma zing!

  4. Found your blog after seeing your youtube channel (: you speak an awful lot of sense, which is quite refreshing to see. I also scrolled down and saw a post on evolution - may comment and leave my 2 cents, being a biologist :)

  6. As the quote says, "Life is short, so tell someone today that you love them. But shout it at them in German, because life is also terrifying and confusing."

Also, understand that other people having shittier lives does not in anyway invalidate your own feelings. The thing to remember (which you seem to be doing quite well at) is that bad things don't happen to good people or vice versa, rather THINGS happen to PEOPLE.

Everything else is commentary of transient validity.

Finally, thank you for existing and being who you are. When it comes to putting a face on atheism, a beautiful one is always helpful. And yes, the blouses don't hurt in the least, either. ;)

  7. Somehow I found my way here from your Youtube videos. I enjoy watching them and appreciate the insight and the wit with which you deliver your monologues.

This set of photos reminded me of standing in the exact same spot about 10 or 11 years ago with friends. Truly a breathtaking and awesome sight considering what happened there. It's almost incomprehensible that the side of St. Helens blew out from the spot behind you.

    Thanks for sharing.
